Welcome to Letiblooms - home of wearable creativity. Before you dive into our beaded land, here are the rules of the road.

By using our website or placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms below - nothing scary, just the usual stuff to keep things clear and fair for everyone.


1. Who We Are

This site is operated by Letiblooms, hosted on Shopify. That means your shopping experience is powered by one of the safest e-commerce platforms around.


2. Ordering + Payment

When you place an order, you’re confirming that:

  • You’re at least 18 years old (or have permission from a grown-up).

  • All details you provide are accurate and complete.

  • You’re using a valid payment method that you’re authorized to use.

Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email. Your order isn’t finalized until payment is processed and accepted.


3. Shipping + Delivery

We ship worldwide from our studio, and we aim to get your handmade bag to you as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume - especially during seasonal drops.

4. Returns + Exchanges

Not totally in love? That’s okay. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Custom pieces may not be returnable, but we’ll always try to make it right.

5. Customization + Availability

All of our pieces are handmade - which makes them magical but also means slight variations can happen. We do our best to keep popular items in stock, but some pieces may sell out quickly or be made to order.

Custom combos (like different straps or covers) may take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.


6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, product names, and content on this site belong to Letiblooms. Please don’t copy, screenshot, or repurpose our stuff without asking - we worked really hard on it.


7. Pricing + Errors

We do our best to keep everything accurate, but if a product is listed at the wrong price or with the wrong info, we reserve the right to correct it - even after an order is placed. If that happens, we’ll reach out and figure it out together.


8. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site, you’re agreeing to the current version - but don’t worry, we’ll keep it clear and friendly.
