We’re a playful accessories brand where creativity meets individuality. Our specialty? Customizable, hand-beaded bags that let your style bloom, one bead at a time.
2. What makes your bags special?
Each bag is handmade with love and hundreds of beads. The best part? You can switch up the strap and cover to match your mood, outfit, or just because.
3. Can I really customize my bag?
Yes! You can mix and match different straps (hello, shoulder bag moment) and covers (new look, who dis?) to make your purse uniquely you.
4. What’s in the “Customer Favorites” collection?
It’s a curated lineup of our community’s most-loved combos: Beaded ba + strap + cover = perfection, tested and approved by real Letibloomers.
5. How do I care for my beaded bag?
Treat it gently, but you don't have to be afraid. They are built to last. Just avoid (too) heavy weights, and if needed, wipe clean with a soft cloth. Beads are precious!
6. Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We currently ship across Europe, and we’re always looking to expand. Your bag deserves a global tour.
7. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over €80! Under €80? No worries - a flat rate applies based on your location (you’ll see it at checkout).
8. How long will my order take?
Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. During busy seasons or custom launches it may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you posted.
9. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Keep an eye out, your beads are on the move!
10. What if I want to return something?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. You cover the return shipping, and once we get your item back (unused + in original condition), we’ll issue a full refund. Easy peasy.
11. Can I exchange a strap or cover instead of returning?
We don’t offer direct exchanges (yet!), but you can return your item and place a new order for the combo you’re crushing on instead.
12. Are all your bags in stock all the time?
Not quite! Our signature LET IT SHAPE collection is always available, but the LET IT B.BOLD editions drop in limited runs and tend to sell out fast. If you love it, don’t wait.
13. Are the products really handmade?
Yes, 100%. Each piece is crafted by hand - no factories, no shortcuts - just care, creativity, and bead magic.
14. Who are Letiblooms bags made for?
