Shipping
We currently ship across Europe, straight from our studio to your door.
Shipping is FREE on all orders over €80,-.
Orders under €80 are shipped at a flat rate, depending on your location. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Processing Time:
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. During seasonal drops or special promotions, things may take a little longer - but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your bag’s journey home.
Returns
Not the right fit? No problem. You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it, no explanations needed (though we always love feedback!).
Here’s how it works, according to EU law:
You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.After that, you have 14 more days to send the item back to us.Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging.Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll get a full refund (excluding any shipping fees).Return shipping costs are paid by you, the customer we recommend using a tracked service to be safe.
Please note:
Custom pieces or personalized combinations may not be eligible for return, but if there’s an issue, reach out. We always try to make things right.

Exchanges
Want a different strap, colour, or cover? We totally get it. While we don’t offer automatic exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the one you love.
